High Potential Opportunities (HPO)

High Potential Opportunities is a demand driven promotion program aiming to assist Swedish companies in their major export projects, where public support in the form of coordinated Team Sweden activities can play a vital role. Business Sweden’s mission is to identify large export opportunities of significant interest to Swedish companies, as well as to initiate and manage strategic activities in order to help Swedish companies win business in these opportunities.

Business Sweden maps and evaluates major export opportunities globally in cooperation with Swedish companies, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and other Team Sweden members such as EKN and SEK. Business Sweden assumes a project management role for the most promising leads, where the entire Swedish offering is presented, including e.g. financing solutions and project preparation activities.

Business Sweden also collaborates with EKN and SEK to strengthen relations with international partners that can strengthen the Swedish offering, especially EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) companies and international banks, with whom Business Sweden conducts activities in Sweden and selected markets.
