Developing a Strategy and exploring partner options
Utilizing Tridentify’s existing UK-based sales agent and Business Sweden resources allowed for a two-pronged approach to validate existing market data and to conduct a quantitative and qualitative market analysis to feed into Tridentify’s UK strategy.
Through Business Sweden, Tridentify’s solution was introduced to relevant partners and potential customers within NHS and the UK healthcare system for evaluation and feedback. As a direct result, Business Sweden arranged face-to-face meetings for Tridentify to further validate interest and explore potential for a pilot project.

Next Steps: Pilot Projects and Ongoing Learning
As a result of the work done, Tridentify is set to begin two pilot programmes in the UK, with 4 additional potential pilot projects being discussed. Tridentify has set a 6 month plan to conduct pilots and learn more about the market, after which it will revaluate the best way forward in the UK. Options include a continued collaboration with established sales partners or setting up a subsidiary here in the UK. Business Sweden will provide ongoing support as requested to ensure a successful launch for Tridentify in the UK market.
