Quintus is the world leader in high pressure technology and has delivered over 1,800 systems to customers across the globe within industries such as aerospace, automotive, energy, and medical implants.
Quintus have had sales in Korea for several years. However, in March 2016, Quintus wanted to strengthen their position in Korea by evaluating and enter two new industry segments, Aerospace and Automotive. To get a fast start Business Sweden assisted Quintus in analyzing the new market segments. As well, Business Sweden performed a search for suitable new sales agents who could further increase sales growth in the new segments.
One of the challenges for Quintus when entering the new segments was time. Not to miss out on any market opportunities, Quintus wanted to have a sales agent in place as soon as possible. Business Sweden could quickly start the project and accelerate Quintus entry into the selected segments. Within given timeframe, Business Sweden managed to find several qualified agent candidates. Finally Quintus selected the company that was the best fit and who already had a well-established business network in the target market segments, Aerospace and Automotive, enabling a quick entry.
