A Swedish Taste of the FDA

U.S. food regulations can often seem overwhelmingly complex given the cast amount of information out there. We have developed this handbook to be used as a tool to help navigate the various regulations and requirements for your food company.

This handbook aims to highlight what regulations you must adhere to when selling food in the U.S., and more importantly, how. We have also highlighted commonly asked questions and how the new Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) will affect your company. 

We hope that this handbook will help map out your company’s required regulatory steps, so that you can be confident that you’re in good standing with the FDA.
