Spain is a decentralized country and many decisions are taken at a regional level in one of the 17 different autonomous communities. Therefor Business Sweden through established network organizes together with the different Health Councils seminars upon Efficient Health and Care. Madrid is the third seminar in Spain upon the SymbioCare Platform and will take place in October 23rd at the Residence of the Swedish Embassy.
Business Sweden gives your company the opportunity to meet and network with high-level decision makers from both public hospitals in the Madrid region, the Health Council of Madrid and private hospital groups with national coverage of hospitals. Previous editions of the seminar confirm value to participating Swedish companies:
“I had four business meetings which all are potential business opportunities for my company, excellent work Business Sweden!”
“The proactivity of Business Sweden is truly valuable for our business - these seminars permits us to boost our solutions and products”
The first seminar within the SymbioCare Platform was held in Barcelona in March and the second one at the Canary Islands in May. A total of eight companies (Alkit Communications, Ascom, Aurora Innovation, Cambio Healthcare Systems, iDoc24, InfoSolutions, Mentice and SecMaker) attended along with four partner companies (Diaverum, Neat, Mölnlycke and Gambro).
Mrs. Cecilia Julin, Ambassador of Sweden inaugurates the seminars together with corresponding Health Counselor, in Madrid, Mr. Javier Fernández-Lasquetty. The agenda continues with key note-speaker Mr. Mats Larson, Governmental Advisor and international e-Health expert from Sweden as well as key speakers on behalf of the partner companies. They all present their perspective upon efficiency followed by a debate on the topic “how does your company contribute to a more efficient health care system”. During the seminar great networking opportunities exist to interact with attending people. After lunch, pre-organized business meetings with key contacts and decision makers are carried out.
More than 170 representatives from the Health Care systems; decision-makers, medical directors, CIOs and other stakeholders have attended the seminars so far, enabling Swedish companies to access the regional health care industry for concrete business opportunities where RFQs and pilot projects are under discussions!
The SymbioCare Platform will organize next stop in Lisbon, December 4th.
