24 May Embassy of Sweden In Berlin, Germany

The future of elderly care – quality assurance and maintaining mobility

Please mark your calendar for our third German-Swedish seminar on the future of elderly care. The focus topics this year will be quality assurance and maintaining mobility for an independent life.

An ageing population and a steadily increasing need for care are important challenges in both Germany and Sweden, whose main objectives are to maintain a high quality standard within elderly care and to enable the elderly to a mobile and independent life. Both countries can learn and profit from each other’s experiences and solution approaches. This seminar is held in cooperation with the Embassy of Sweden in Berlin, the German Workers‘ Welfare Association (AWO) and NEAT.

This seminar aims to present both innovative products and solutions from both countries and to develop a network to both decision-makers and health care providers in order to create a valuable base for a possible collaboration.

The seminar will be held in English. There will be simultaneous interpretation to German for the welcome address, introduction and speeches.
