The audience of Swedish companies will get a deeper understanding on how and where the EU and EIB operate; which are the prioritized countries/regions and the key sectors, how companies can work with the institutions and its clients, and which are relevant projects in the pipeline.
Furthermore, two company reference cases will be presented by one Swedish –and one foreign firm describing how they have been successful when working with EU and EIB projects/tenders
Business Sweden will present key findings from its recent EU procurement study, executed in 2016-2017, highlighting challenges and opportunities for Swedish companies working with EU-financed projects
Participating companies will have the opportunity to book one-to-one meetings with the EU and EIB representatives in the end of the seminar
The objective of the event is to create an understanding on how Swedish companies can be more active and successful in EU and EIB projects. In the longer term, by mobilizing various competencies and support activities, the goal is an increased number of Swedish companies being awarded with EU/EIB-financed contracts. This is an important effort for Sweden, hence high-level Government representatives will be invited to attend the roadshow/both seminars. A joint dialogue will be encouraged on how we can optimize the possibilities for the Swedish industry to be more active and successful.
The seminar is free of charge.
