Business Sweden has identified four UN hubs worldwide which procure goods and services corresponding to Swedish companies’ competence and supply. Those UN hubs are found in Copenhagen, Geneva/Vienna, Rome/Brindisi and Nairobi/Entebbe.
The opportunities are many and include business sectors such as transport, infrastructure, ICT, energy & environment, health care and civil security, which makes the list of goods and services procured extensive; prefabricated houses, transport systems, telecommunication equipment, training and consultancy are only a few examples of strong areas as well as office equipment and maintenance at the HQs. In addition, emergency kits, innovative payment systems and new technology for food producers as well as water & sanitation are presented as areas of growth.
During this seminar you will learn about these four UN hubs and the specific business opportunities related to them. Moreover, each Business Sweden office responsible for these markets will take the opportunity to present their work and upcoming activities during 2014 in regards to their UN hub.
