IoT and Smart Cities Sweden-Taiwan Partnership

The Joint Business Council (JBC) Meeting is an annual forum for cooperation between Sweden and Taiwan and it acts as an important platform for business contacts and business relations as well as interagency relations. This year will be the 33rd consecutive meeting. Business Sweden (BuS) and Chinese International Economic Cooperation Association (CIECA) organize the meeting.

Business Sweden - the Swedish Trade & Invest Council invites you to explore business and R&D collaboration opportunities with Taiwanese companies, clusters and government in the 33rd JBC meeting - “IoT and Smart Cities Sweden-Taiwan Partnership” event held in Stockholm on September 25. 

Ms. Mei-Hua Wang, Vice  Minister of Economic Affairs Ministry (MOEA) and Mr. Chi-Mau Sheih, Chairman of Taiwan-Sweden Economic Cooperation Committee/President of Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) will lead an IoT and Smart Cities delegation consists of 20+ government officials, researchers and business leaders to visit Sweden. 

The event aims to promote and develop collaborations by inviting relevant system integrators, application developers, R&D organizations and solution/service providers to explore and discuss opportunities and challenges for IoT technologies and applications for the verticals including Smart Cities, Smart Energy, and Smart Services.

Meet with Taiwan ICT enablers and IoT ecosystems government officials, researchers and business leaders and to explore how to leverage the power of the IoT to transform and move the business and society forward.
