Korean Health Care Outlook 2015-2016

Business Sweden has the pleasure to invite you to the seminar “Korean Health Care Outlook 2015-2016” in Stockholm. The aim is to seek greater business opportunities in the healthcare field between Sweden and Korea. Our representative from Korea, Ms Bongsoon Park, will lead this seminar.

Korea has the fastest aging population in the world, and the demand for cutting-edge elderly care solutions, high quality medical devices and efficient health care services is huge and steadily increasing. In South Korea, public and private actors are actively looking outside to find innovative solutions within health care. Sweden, well known for having an advanced welfare system together with highly innovative health care solutions, is very attractive and sought after from the Korean perspective.

South Korea is also home to major technological advancements based on IT and connectivity. The government plans to adopt and further develop the telemedicine industry in 2015. South Korea aims to create the best medical facilities and achieve a highly efficient medial system, where valuable business opportunities can be explored by Swedish innovative health care companies.

The aim of the seminar is:

  • To increase the understanding and get up-to-date insights into the Korean health care market
  • To capture business opportunities for Swedish companies in Korea
  • To explore business potential in the Korean health care system based on new emerging trends

The seminar is free of charge and will be held in English. Please register below.
